1. Sign Up and Profile Setup

2. Matching
Our algorithm matches you with the ideal mentor or mentee based on your goals, interests, and expertise.
3. Initial Meeting
Schedule your first meeting to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and set expectations for the mentorship journey.
4. Regular Sessions
Engage in regular mentorship sessions to provide guidance, share experiences, and work on feedback.
5. Progress Tracking and Feedback
Set and track goals together, provide and receive constructive feedback, and adjust goals as needed.
6. Certificate of Completion
Upon successful completion of the program, both mentors and mentees receive a certificate recognizing their commitment and achievements.
