You acknowledge sole responsibility for your User Content and indemnify Buddy4Study against claims arising therefrom. Submission of User Content does not guarantee confidentiality.

7. Content Access and Sharing

User Content may be shared selectively or publicly on the Mentorship Platform. While Buddy4Study offers tools for content visibility controls, it does not warrant complete privacy or protection against unauthorized access and disclaims all liability arising from such events.

8. Code of Conduct and Prohibited Uses

Your use of the Mentorship Platform must be consistent with its purpose — fostering respectful, supportive mentorship relationships. Accordingly, you agree to abstain from:

Users may also terminate their participation at any time by deleting their account and ceasing platform use.
